Pause will leave you taking a deep breath, feeling grounded and curious about your body in a different way.

Pause brings a different perspective, opening us up physically to lead us to an awareness of how we can tap into new strength and flow. If you find yourself in a life of pushing forward and non-stop, listen in. A yoga or pilates practice may be exactly what you need to find the strength you desire.

Pause studio is equipped with infrared ceiling panels. These panels gently radiate heat penetrating the skin, internalizing the heat and encouraging a gentle, therapeutic sweat.

Practicing yoga in a heated room increases flexibility and stamina. It’s believed to stimulate the release of human growth hormone which triggers the body to heal itself. The main difference between doing yoga in a hot room and doing yoga in Pause Studio with infrared heat is simple; with infrared heat, the warmth radiates all around the room penetrating everything it comes into contact without warming the air around you. Our Classes

The studio runs daily classes, where all levels are welcome and you get the attention you deserve. No matter what your level of practice, we offer classes to help you find the confidence you need to get to know and love your body.
